We were working with another mortgage broker who had not secured us a mortgage and we were down to our last 12 hours of our conditional offer. We called Michelle and she dropped everything to prioritize us. She got us approved with an A lender within 5 hours… something our other mortgage broker could not do in 2 weeks.

Not only did Michelle get us approved in record time, she also secured us a fantastic rate. I have yet to see anybody beat the rate that we got!
