If I could give 10 stars, I would… My partner and I reached out to Michelle when we were in a bind. We were working with another mortgage broker who had not secured us a mortgage and we were down to our last 12 hours of our conditional offer. We called Michelle and she dropped everything to prioritize us. She got us approved with an A lender within 5 hours… something our other mortgage broker could not do in 2 weeks. Not only did Michelle get us approved in record time, she also secured us a fantastic rate. I have yet to see anybody beat the rate that we got! What I truly appreciated was her ability to convey and breakdown information in a way that anyone can understand. Purchasing a home is a stressful process and Michelle did a fantastic job at making us feel confident in the decisions we made. Lila Beijer is fantastic!  We were in the process of renewing our mortgage and decided to reach out to a mortgage broker to see if the rate we received from our bank was a competitive one. We heard about Lila's services from someone in our neighbourhood and contacted her. She was incredibly responsive at all times, provided us with some great advice, and was patient as she explained various options. She also helped us negotiate a much better rate than what we received from other banking institutions and helped advocate on our behalf.
